Why can paralysis affect young people as well? During the lecture, you will learn about the most common causes of paralysis in young people, discover which disorders or injuries of the nervous system can lead to paralysis, and find out how doctors identify and assess these conditions.
This is a neurology topic specially adapted for school students, based on material studied by students in the Medicine study programme. You will have an opportunity to explore the actual content of Medicine studies and gain a better understanding of how future doctors learn to recognise and assess diseases of the nervous system.
